Description
Autumn Equinox rigid heddle creative weaving group workshop – All of the warping, and threading, and setting up of the looms will be done for you before you arrive, so that it’s all ready for you to get into the fun of weaving, with a beautiful selection of hand dyed pure wool yarns in gorgeous variegated colours. This is a full day fun workshop with easy and beautiful, effective techniques, to create your own one of a kind hand dyed woven piece to take home with you. Held in a peaceful creative weaving workshop on a small holding in the beautiful Welsh hills. The workshop day can be taken at your own pace, where you can make a table runner, or a wall hanging, or a wrap over neckwarmer, or even a piece of woven cloth to take home and stitch into a cushion or bag at home.
If you would like to upgrade to include some textured hand spun yarns into your package, please message me via email to upgrade to include some handspun yarns which I will spin by hand for you before the workshop (the handspun yarns are hand carded, spun, and plyed into beautiful textures for weaving, they are £50 per 100g hank in a choice of colours made for you).
If you are travelling to get here, there is a farm cottage and a cabin on site that may be available for you to book. Lunch break is between 12.30pm – 1.30pm Please bring along a packed lunch.
We have looms and equipment available in the studio shop if you would love to take a loom home with you.

Cancellation policy
The workshop has a very small number of places available, so a £60 deposit is needed to secure each place on the workshop. A refund minus the £60 deposit can be obtained only up to 4 weeks before the course starts.
