Pure wool and linen belt pouch to fit on to your belt.
These artisan crafted belt pouch bags have been made by hand from beautiful quality cloth, with hand made wool braiding. Some are embroidered with hand spun embroidery threads, and hand stitched with full lining of pure linen. Each type of belt bag is unique, the information on each type is listed below.
1. The dark blue medieval belt bag has been embroidered with threads that I have spun by hand and plant dyed. The whole bag is entirely sewn by hand from beautiful quality wool twill woven cloth. I have hand braided all the trim and cords. It has three tassels along the bottom edge. It’s lined with hand stitched pure linen.
2. The houndstooth belt bag is entirely sewn by hand from beautiful quality wool cloth. It has a fine hand woven belt loop, and hand braided cords to fasten. It is linen in pure linen.
3. The striped belt bag has been embroidered around the top hem with threads that I have spun by hand and plant dyed with madder. The belt loop and tie cords have been hand braided, and the tie cords are trimmed with hand crafted elder beads from Welsh hedgerow wood. The entire outer edge of the bag is stitched by hand with thread I have spun by hand and plant dyed. It has pure linen lining.
4. The autumn plaid belt bags (there are three to choose from), are trimmed in hand braided wool, with hand braided cords and belt loop. It is sewn from beautiful quality wool cloth with pure linen lining. The placement of the woven plaid pattern and colours of the braidings are slightly different in each bag, you are welcome to message me for photos of the bags to choose from if you would like to. The bag is crafted from beautiful quality wool woven twill cloth with pure linen lining.
5. The blue plaid belt bags (there are three to choose from), are trimmed in hand braided wool, with hand braided cords and belt loop. It is sewn from beautiful quality wool cloth with pure linen lining. The colours of the braidings are slightly different in each bag, you are welcome to message me for photos of the bags to choose from if you would like to. The bag is crafted from beautiful quality wool woven twill cloth with pure linen lining.
6. The spiral embroidered belt bag has hand embroidered spirals front and back all around the top, embroidered with threads that I have spun by hand and plant dyed with madder. It has a hand braided cord belt loop/tie. The bag is crafted from beautiful quality wool herringbone woven cloth with pure linen lining.
7. The light blue embroidered belt bag has hand embroidery front and back all around the top, embroidered with threads that I have spun by hand. It has hand braided cord ties, and a hand woven belt loop. The bag is crafted from beautiful quality wool herringbone woven cloth with pure linen lining.
8. The plant dyed linen belt bag has hand embroidered details, embroidered with threads that I have spun by hand and plant dyed. The rows of coloured stitching around the top are hand spun and plant dyed with madder and indigo. The whole bag is made from pure linen, the inside is undyed natural shade, and the outside is plant dyed. The cord ties/belt loops are hand braided from wool.
