A unique one of a kind handwoven and handspun feather filled cushion throw pillow (not including the blanket behind the cushion) in beautiful hand dyed, and natural wool colours, handspun wools woven together with art yarns, and recycled yarns. Both sides of the cushion are handwoven, you can see both sides in the photos. Handcrafted and slowmade with Love and one of a kind.
This one has lots of texture, curly locks, and beautiful colours. Different computer and phone screens can show colours/shades differently.
This one measures approximately 31 x 66 cms.
It looks beautiful as a statement piece of home art on a bed, chair, or on a sofa.
The price reflects the process of weeks of hand carding, handspinning, hand dyeing, warping, handweaving, and all the finishing work, and all the beautiful fibers spun through it to create this one of a kind piece.
I have hand stitched the natural feather pillow filler on my grandmother’s hand turned vintage sewing machine, from special featherproof cotton fabric.
The handwoven cover is hand stitched all the way around so the pillow filler is not removable.
