I had a lovely two nights stay in the cabin (complete with small kitchen, fridge and cooking facilities). The cabin was very cosy with beautiful handmade throws and decorations.

Lea taught me to spin on the spinning wheel as a complete beginner with one on one lessons. After about 7 hours of lessons I learnt how to do single ply, 2 ply and also Navajo plying. Also how to treat the finished yarn and to set the twist.

Lea is a patient and dedicated teacher, full of interesting tips and information about different types of sheep wool and how they spin differently.

I had a fantastic time and would recommend staying here and learning with Lea for anyone looking to learn or improve their spinning or if they are interested in fibre arts in general.
