1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in a resalable condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons once opened
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale

4. How to Return an Item

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable (except where required by law)
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
