Description
I have hand crafted this light shade over a very long process of washing and hand carding local sheeps wool, handspinning into art yarn, and hand crocheting to create a wildly textured and embelished art piece of lighting.
It measures 10 inches across (25cms) and approximately 23 inches in length including the ties (58cms) and 16 inches not including ties (41cms)
It creates beautiful patterns through the crocheted stitches, a beautiful bohemian one of a kind piece for your home.
It is made of wool and recycled fibers, so I recommend using a low heat/low watt light bulb, and switch off when you leave the room. It attaches with the ties to a pendant hanging light, I use a piece of clear tape to fix securely if needed, or hang from a hook in the ceiling.
It can also be used as a hanging decoration if you don’t want to use it as a light.
