Creative Yarn Spinning – Intermediate

A half day (three hours) learning handspinning, in a peaceful weaving workshop on a small holding in the beautiful Welsh hills. Play with colour and texture, preparing wools, silks, and other fibers into beautiful blends, then creating your own designer yarns, working on an art yarn spinning wheel. The wools, and other fibers are provided for you, and there is a spinning wheel and spindles for you to work on during your workshop. If you would like to, you are welcome to meet the sheep during your visit. We have a flock of Shetland sheep who live with us on the smallholding.
